So far I have tried the Fine Fettle & Blue Jazz and both of them work exactly as they’re listed. I didn’t need to add anything - the Fine Fettle soothed my sore chest and throat and cleared me up and made me feel so much better! The Blue Jazz is so delicious and relaxing and I love it.
