Shipping Policy
We currently ship within Australia only.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Timeframes We aim to deliver all orders within 2–5 business days from dispatch for standard shipping. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and during peak periods.

Shipping Rates

• Free standard shipping on all orders over $80 AUD
• Standard shipping — $10 AUD
• Express shipping — $15 AUD

Tracking Your Order Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to follow your parcel's journey directly with the carrier.

Delays While we do our best to meet the above timeframes, occasional delays may occur due to carrier disruptions or high demand periods. If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, please contact us at mrstea.au@gmail.com and we'll look into it for you
