Can I add milk to my tea?

Yea of course. There is no right or wrong way to make tea! Milk in a chamomile tea tastes particular lovely 

 

Will my tea tase bitter when it's cold?

To many, tea does tend to have a bitter tang to it when it sits cold. No worries! Just reheat and the yummy flavours will pull back through

 

Will my tea go off?

Our teas have a general shelf-life of 12-24 months 

 

Can I subscribe?

Yes! We offer monthly subscriptions with a 10% discount. What's better than having tea show up at your door, no fuss?!

 

Do you ship worldwide?

We currently only ship throughout Australia but stay tuned. We’re heading to NZ very soon! 

 

Can I return my product?

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns however, if for any reason you are unhappy with your order we will happily apply a store credit
